This Chen-style Tai Chi course introduces the Chen-Style 18 Forms, a set of foundational movements adapted for beginners.
With a focus on mindful breathing, natural spiraling energy, and rooted transitions, students will develop internal connection, dynamic balance, and body awareness step by step.
Rather than focusing only on external form, the course emphasizes inner strength, softness within hardness, and the harmony of body, breath, and mind.
It is ideal for those new to Chen-style Tai Chi or for those looking to reconnect with their inner power through dynamic and spiraled movements.
Throughout the course, we will explore how movements flow naturally from the Dantian, expressing stability, vitality, and a resilient state of mind.

This course is designed for beginners and those interested in building a strong foundation in Chen-style Tai Chi practice.
The training is based on the Chen-Style 18 Forms, a simplified routine carefully created to introduce the essential principles of Chen-style Tai Chi.
Participants will learn fundamental postures, transitions, spiral energy (chan si jin) techniques, and breathing methods to harmonize internal energy with external movement.
